Multiple exposures in camera

This is not a hoot enable or use multiple exposure on any camera, but rather an explanation of the different modes.

Additive

The camera looks at the same pixel from all the photos, takes the gain values and adds them together. The effect will make each image translucent.
The more photos you use, the lighter will be the end photo.

Average

The camera looks at the same pixel from all the photos, takes the gain values, divides the values bei the number of images taken, and adds them together.

Light

The camera looks at the same pixel from all the photos, takes the gain values and uses the brightest pixel from all images taken.

Dark

The camera looks at the same pixel from all the photos, takes the gain values and uses the darkest pixel from all images taken.
