09.06.2023 - One more time please

Today I'm still in the Yorkshire Dales but going to leave them behind. But not before I made a last round.

For about two hours yesterday kept a van coming and going to where I camped. In the end he pulled up and started to put his tend up.
Because it was so windy I went over and offered to give him a hand.
He asked if I was a landscape photographer (he had seen me earlier taking a few shots) and I asked him if he was a birder?
I told him that I was only a enthusiast and not a pro like him. He explained that he was trying to photograph an owl.

In the morning another van pulled up and that guy wanted to put a large tent up for a bicycle race later that day.
He asked me if I could move my car, which I did and then I helped him to put this tent up. This took over an hour.

It took me almost the same time to get my hand warm again.
The wind up there was quite strong and pretty brisk.

The rest of the day wasn't really good and I wished I had not done that extra round through the Yorkshire Dales.

I ended up in a "caravan park" which was okay.
