The world and I - Four

Recently I've been on a trip that didn't go the way I had planed. Especially the second part went wrong when a lot of stones hit the windscreen of my car and I ended up with to long cracks on it.
Since I didn't want to carry on like this and the repairs would have stranded me for two weeks in the same spot, I decided to drive home, get it fixed and get my car serviced at the same time.
Well, at the same time is wrong because I have to wait two weeks for an appointment.

At first I was a little upset because I couldn't travel any more but in the end it might have been a good thing.
As I found out today there has been quite bad weather in Scandinavia (Hans the called the bad weather front). So bad that the government asked people in Oslo to work from home. Bridges are weakened and roads are closed because of flooding or landslides all over the place, and I would have been right in it.

Now, I don't believe in God, nor do I believe that things happen for a reason, but I can't wonder sometimes if there is somebody that looks after me.
Am I just lucky or do I try to make myself to feel better about the situation and find an answer where there is none?

Honestly, I don't know the answer to this, but I like the idea that I never travel alone.
