15.09.2023 - Too much driving

After a good night sleep I got up around 06:00. There was almost a sunrise but it didn't quite happen. So I washed my hair with some lovely cold water and started the day with a nice drive around the Bala area.

Soon I headed towards Anglesey but the closer I got, the heavier got the traffic. What are they all doing there?
Unfortunately was the road to Newborough Beach closed and after some more time with too much traffic, I decided to miss some of the places wanted to visit and drove straight towards the Forest of Bowland.
This forest is located west of the Yorkshire Dales (where I'll be tomorrow) and is highly recommended.

I found a Parkup next to the ruin of Bowland Knotts Castle. It's a single track road which should be very quiet in the night, well, except for the sheep running around.

It is very seldom in this day and age, at lest for me and where I live, that you can sit outside and there are no modern sounds anywhere. Here or there is a sheep calling out for others, but that's it.
Where ever I look is nature, only a few lights in the distance from far away settlements.
Sometimes the wind picks up and you can feel the fresh breeze on your face.

I don't have words to describe how much I love it!
